The whole delivery process of customized standard warehousing equipment is divided into three core stages: site survey & design, production & manufacturing, and on-site installation & commissioning. The unified industrial standard schedule for different project types is specified as follows:
1. Site Survey & Design Duration: 3–5 working days. This stage covers on-site dimension measurement, professional load calculation, 3D modeling design and final solution confirmation, ensuring the customized scheme fully matches on-site warehouse conditions and actual storage demands.
2. Production & Manufacturing Duration: 7–12 working days for conventional medium and heavy-duty racks; 20–30 working days for automated warehouses and shuttle-based dense storage systems. The whole process includes raw material processing, precision welding, electrostatic spraying, strict quality inspection and pre-delivery equipment commissioning.
3. On-site Installation & Commissioning Duration: 2–3 working days for conventional rack projects within 1,000 storage locations; 7–10 working days for automated intelligent warehousing systems. This procedure includes on-site assembly, equipment joint debugging, system function testing and final project acceptance.
The final delivery cycle is affected by multiple variable factors, including production scheduling, raw material supply, on-site infrastructure conditions, weather environment and project complexity. To guarantee efficient and orderly project delivery, Nanjing Better will formulate a detailed personalized implementation plan for each project, promote all procedures synchronously, and strictly control the whole progress and quality.
